Fourth through sixth graders are invited to lead in worship at HPPC by lighting the candles in the Sanctary, assisting with offering, and helping clean up the sanctuary after services. Training provided. For more information, contact Kathy Williams at kathylwms@gmail.com
Bite 2 Go: email Gladys Rivers for more info

“Bite 2 Go” is a program to feed hungry children in our neighborhood on the weekends. Volunteers must be able to lift 20 pounds. You can view full instructions and sign up for delivering to Hamblen Elementary at bit.ly/Bite2GoHamblen. We invite children from birth through 5th grade to participate in children's ministries at Hamblen Park Presbyterian Church! There are a variety of ways we need volunteers to best support our kids:

Coffee Fellowship Hosts: click to sign up

Help set up, bring treats, and serve at our fellowship time after worship. Coffee, juice, tablecloth, and everything needed is supplied except the cookies or doughnut holes, which are supplied by you, the volunteer host.
Communion Helper: click to sign up

On the first Sunday of each month, we need someone to prepare communion elements (cut bread/pour juice/set up communion table) and clean up afterward.

If you enjoy greeting folks at worship, you would make a great Greeter! Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled service start time to greet newcomers, visitors, and members as they enter the building on Sunday mornings.

Meals on Wheels is a community based organization dedicated to providing nutrition and helping to eliminate isolation among the elderly. Pick one or more dates to sign up if you would like to get involved.

We serve students 6th through 12th grade in two ministries: Oasis for high school and Caravan for middle school. We're looking for volunteers who are willing to invest in our students and come alongside their faith journeys.
